Biography
James Enoch Moerdyk (Moerdyke) was born in Drenthe, Michigan, on May 2, 1870, to Mr. and Mrs. William Moerdyk. He graduated from Hope College in 1897 and New Brunswick Theological Seminary in 1900. He was licensed and ordained by the Classis of Wisconsin that same year. After graduating from seminary, he served as a missionary to Arabia from 1900-1941.
James Enoch Moerdyk passed away in Amarah, Iraq, on July 24, 1941.
